It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
