L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The appartement Theron is a peaceful niche of tranquility from which to explore the surrounding Minervois wine region, it is located in the wine making village of Pepieux. Conveniently located halfway between Narbonne and it’s Mediterranean costal beaches and the Magical Castle in La Cité at Carcassone. The apartment is located at the back of our family home with a private access. The private terrace overlooks the surrounding vineyards.
