Patrick was an absolutely lovely host! He was so friendly and welcoming right away and provided so many local recommendations. The location itself was quiet but it was walkable to so many restaurants and shops. It was an absolutely perfect first visit to Lyon and I would absolutely stay again!

The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a modern showerhead and a clean, tiled wall. A sleek vanity with storage is positioned beside the shower, complemented by neatly arranged towels. A heated towel rack adds convenience, while warm lighting enhances the overall ambiance.

Really a very great apartment with friendly landlords. Everything you need is there and in very good condition. It is very quiet and you have the luxury of being able to sleep with the window open. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thanks!

Did not know about the neighborhood, but I would say it could be one of the best places one can stay in Lyon! Lots of restaurants and nice places to just walk around. From the Gare Part Dieu to the place it takes ~45 minutes by bus and after you get off at Place Burton, it’s only 2-3 minute walk. From the apartment, I was able to walk to the City Hall area (~25-30 min) and the rest of notable attraction points, so it was very convenient There are three rooms for the guests, and my room was very clean and had small balcony as well. The building is very new and modern. I was able to do a very simple cooking which was nice. Agnieszka and her husband were both very supportive and super friendly. Most of all, they spoke very good English, so it was easy for me to communicate with them. I don’t know whether Agnieszka did it for me, but she even had a few books in English, Korean and Japanese! As there are so much to do in Lyon, I did not get to read them, but that’s how thoughtful

I enjoyed my stay. It was my first time in Lyon/Villeurbanne and I will come back. Marie-Hélène told me everything to make my arrival easier. She is really very available, welcoming, proactive and cultivated. You'll have a great time at her place. The accommodation is very well located 8 min max walk from the facs, 5 min walk from the restaurant and 12 min bike ride from the Lyon SNCF station. I recommend you stay with her.
