We had a great stay! The apartment had everything we needed, including plenty of space, a comfortable bed and even a dishwasher. The location was ideal: tucked away in a quiet courtyard yet just minutes from a supermarket, the metro and the RER, so we were in the heart of Paris in no time. Frédérique’s mom gave us a warm welcome and we were able to check in much earlier than the official time, which made our arrival less stressful. Communication was easy and friendly throughout. We'd definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Paris!

Beautiful private apartment in the heart of the city! Extra luxury touches like a Sonos in the bedroom, heated bathroom floors, and electric blinds were awesome. Would stay here again.

Camille communicates very well, answering queries promptly. The check-in and out timing were perfect for us . The apartment is on the 4th floor so bear that in mind when you book. Bedroom at the back so quiet and peaceful, even with window open. Her one bedroom flat has a soul, not your typical clinical furniture. Bakery is opposite , supermarket one minute away. Metro three minutes away… ideally connected. So in a nutshell, an awesome place to stay in Paris.

Hele fijne en grote ruimte, mooi ingericht en rustig door de binnenplaats. Heel prettige communicatie met Frédéric. En super dat hij veel tips voor restaurants en bezoenswaardigheden geeft. Tip: huur fietsen bij café Le Peloton (neem de telefoonhouder erbij en vraag om fietsverlichting).

We loved our stay in Amelie’s apartment. It is a little hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. It was just like you see in the photos. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (including loads of food supplies), there was a gorgeous little balcony (it was too hot when we were there to sit out but it would be fabulous in cooler weather). As I said, it was very hot when we were there. The apartment was warm but with the plug in fans it was fine. Amelie was the best host ever. Very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with the shower (not her fault - the boiler broke for all the flats in the building due to the heat!) she was responsive and apologetic and let us know as soon as it was sorted. There are supermarkets, restaurants and boulangeries out on the main street about 5 minutes away. Metro also about a 5 minute walk Most of all, it just feels very Parisian - the opposite to staying in some sort of boring chain hotel.

All was perfect but it should say it only has one toilet, besides that all was perfect, one thing to highlight the close it is to the Metro

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Wohngebiet, ideal um vom Trubel im Paris runter zu kommen. Vielleicht ein anderes Mal wieder

Séjour parfait dans une maison impeccable, propre et très bien équipée. L’endroit est calme, agréable et conforme à l’annonce. Le propriétaire est très réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie! Dom przepiękny, przestronny, świetnie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony. Luksusowe łazienki, wygodne łóżka i kuchnia idealna do przygotowywania śniadań i kolacji. Do tego piękny ogród – idealne miejsce na relaks. Świetna przestrzeń do wspólnego spędzania czasu: bilard, piłkarzyki, dużo miejsca dla dzieci i dorosłych. Tarik to fantastyczny gospodarz – serdeczny, pomocny i bardzo zaangażowany. Na powitanie czekał na nas kosz owoców, soki, woda i pyszne słodkie bułeczki – piękny gest. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Z całego serca polecamy ten dom – jeśli wrócimy do Paryża, to tylko tutaj!

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!
