Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

This beautiful villa is located on a quiet street close to the heart of the village. With a surface area of 420 m2, it can accommodate 10 people. Unique and spacious, it has a games room with billiards and foosball. The grounds are fully fenced with automatic gate.
