We had a great time in a charming house, located in a peaceful area, very close to the beach and shops by car. Loïc and Johanna's welcome was warm, and the house was spotless, perfectly equipped with everything you needed to feel at home. Thank you very much to them for their kindness and availability.

The house is simply awesome! The listing looks good, but doesn't do justice to what it really is: a small oasis in the middle of the Landas. It was a great stay, the house has everything, it's comfortable and pleasant. ¡Repeimos seguro!

We were 6 adults with 1 baby and 2 dogs and the house was perfectly suited to our needs. Nothing to say about cleanliness and bedding. The exterior is very nice and allowed us to rest. We would recommend it without reservation and plan to book again for a future weekend.

A little gem! The cottage is very well located, quiet, in a pleasant residence, a short walk to the beach. Everything is perfectly thought out: clean, well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bedding, very nice small terrace… You immediately feel good there. We had a great time and will be back with pleasure!

the accommodation is in accordance with the listing in every respect, the bedding is of very good quality as well as the size of the beds (3 beds out of 4 are 160 cm), the kitchen is very well equipped, the jacuzzi room has been renovated and an outdoor wooden terrace. In addition Paul Eric is very accommodating and available. In short we did not want for anything, thank you.

We had a great time at Yves and Scarlett's, everything was perfect! The accommodation is very pleasant, well-equipped, and perfectly suitable for our two children (cot, high chair, toys, etc.). Samantha is very pleasant and responsive to messages. However, disappointed with the owner of the premises who charges an extra €20 for bedding despite the fact that the accommodation is far from impeccable (dust in the rooms, cobwebs in the bathroom, garbage not emptied before our arrival, poorly cleaned dishes, etc.) maybe poor communication with the housekeeper... Really nice place near the ocean, quite difficult to access but very clear instructions from the owner that I recommend despite everything.

Chris and Lotte have done a fantastic sympathetic restoration, of a very fine and spacious 1930s house, in a secluded and tranquil setting. It makes a perfect base for exploring delightful local surroundings, or further afield to the likes of San Sebastián. Chris and Lotte are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location opening out on a forest full of singing birds. Great amenities in town ie grocery and amazing bakery. Excellent location for day trips .

House located in a quiet and very green location. In addition, it is very well maintained and the terrace overlooking a garden behind the house is a real plus. On the other hand, you need a means of transport to access the shops but you can get around by bike given the many bike paths. Benoit is a very responsive host and was flexible with my checkout time, which I was able to postpone by 2 hours.

A really centrally located, great, superbly equipped and tastefully furnished accommodation, especially the kitchen and the rather small, but beautifully designed outdoor area with seating furniture and dining area with awning. In addition, a friendly hostess whom we unfortunately only met on the day of departure. We'd love to come back.
