It is a nice Basque house on high ground (garden and garage) which is located around the Bayonne train station (the noise of the train can be noticeable) in the Saint-Esprit district which is connected to the city center by the Saint-Esprit bridge. This neighborhood is home to two cinemas, a contemporary art gallery and several renowned restaurants. Street art lovers will be able to discover the frescoes that are omnipresent.

Located 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Numerous bike path starts. Closed parking in the courtyard.
