Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The Apartment retains all of the original features, fireplace, high ceilings and crown mouldings give the place a lovely relaxing feeling of grandeur and a by gone era. With direct access to the gardens and pool you'll enjoy the 300 days of sunshine the Aude region receives every year.

The gargoyle is an unusual gîte, renovated in an old small wine cellar in the middle of the Corbières at the end of an old village of 30 inhabitants; surrounded by nature on 5000 m² of south-facing land overlooking the scrubland where many hiking trails start. The building consists of an old wine cellar and an old sheepfold inhabited by the owners. Both parties are completely independent.
