Les Cyprès, Heated Pool, Breathtaking View

Located in Vallon-pont-d'Arc, quiet, with a great view. This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from March 31 to November 1) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

Charming stone cottage with private courtyard, Ardèche

You will stay in a semi-cave gîte in the heart of a small medieval village, you can access it through a small narrow alley. It is halfway between the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Vallée de la Cèze (Gard). This gîte is on the ground floor, fully vaulted with small windows. It keeps cool in summer. You have a closed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. You can rent 2 cottages together for a capacity of 8 people, with "Le Mûrier", it is above.

This villa is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and enjoy the Mediterranean climate of southern Ardèche. In Saint-Alban, the bakery, the convenience store, the farmers' market, the bistro, enliven the life of this village of character. The rivers flow nearby, for all aquatic pleasures; the trails and paths unfold their loops for cycling, walking, horseback riding. The bowels of the earth are spectacular and thousands of years old.

Gite du Moulin

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.

“Côté Jardin” is a beautiful mazet (traditional French farmhouse) for 4 people. It’s not a duplicate of “courtyard side & garden side”; it’s just that occasionally we rent it out for 4 people to fill the schedule. 😊 Everything is yours: the tranquility, the private pool (opens mid-April). 😍 For one night there is no cleaning fee so just coffee , tea ... no use of the kitchen Otherwise fee for the cleaner!
