Charming house in a quiet location. Close to Dinan and Dinard. Well-equipped, clean, impeccable bedding and responsive host. There were thoughtful touches when we arrived, very pleasant.

We really loved our stay at this clean and cozy place! Check-in instructions were given ahead of time and was clear. Once we stepped into the house, we were so happy to see that it was exactly as what the photos showed. We immediately wished that we had booked it for a few more days, too bad our schedule did not allow for it! More importantly, Geoffroy and Pauline had been so helpful in the entire process. I had left a treasured item at their place after check out and I really appreciated the assurance, quality service and effort they made to ensure I received my item. Couldn’t thank them enough! We were totally enchanted by this cute stone cottage. Hearing the birds singing was a delight. We enjoyed sitting outside by the lavender.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the garden and the very nicely decorated house. We were greeted by Corinne who informed us very well about the activities and visits to do in the area. Very comfortable and well located on quiet residential street a short level walk from the main St Malo train station and a 20 minute level walk to the touristic old town. Francoise has thought of everything to make her guests stay comfortable and easy. The apartment is extremely well supplied and equipped and we loved to have use of the outdoor courtyard. Francoise communicates very well and was there to check us in and give advice about St Malo when she said she would be. We would definitely stay in her apartment again.

The accommodation is ideally located a few steps from the sea and its typical Breton beaches. This one is ultra functional and tastefully decorated. Laure is very responsive and will kindly advise you on existing activities in the area. I would highly recommend it.

We stayed at Odette's for a week. Laure and her team were very welcoming and gave us a lot of advice and recommendations, we thank them. We had a great week and felt at home in this beautiful apartment, very well-equipped, modern and very conveniently located facing the sea with private beach access. (Note the very comfortable bedding and pillow, which is nice) the balcony is a big plus. We recommend and will definitely book this apartment for an upcoming stay in Saint Malo.

We had a few unforgettable days. The apartment is extremely tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The quality of the bed linens and towels is that of an upscale hotel. When we arrived, everything was well prepared, there was even a bottle of water and milk in the fridge, some coffee capsules and everything you need for a short stay (dish soap, toilet paper, etc.) Murielle is a very attentive and warm host. She provided us with excellent excursion tips and restaurant recommendations, which turned out to be absolutely accurate. My recommendation: book if it's available! We will do it again!

We immediately felt comfortable in the cozy apartment! Check-in was flexible and easy. Florence was always available, but also proactively asked if we needed anything else. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden, where we had breakfast almost every day. The apartment has a great location in the center of town, which is beautiful. We had a great vacation and can absolutely recommend the apartment.

A very nice place in a very nice environment. Spacious, bright, with multiple amenities, and quality. The area is very quiet and the private parking space is a plus. Numerous tours and activities nearby or further away. We were delighted with this cottage. Very good communication with the owners. We recommend it for 2, and even for 4. For us, it's one of the best cottages we've rented.

Pascal and Béatrice gave me a very warm welcome. The accommodation is comfortable, quiet and independent of their house and the terrace with a nice view of the greenery. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained. I can only recommend this address near Dinard, Saint-Malo, Dinan!

Great stay at Zabeth and Pascal's. Nice personal reception, with explanation of the excellent equipment and the area. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. Therefore, it is very quiet in the street and no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience, the terrace is overlooked but overall we are very satisfied!

Very nice apartment with a great view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we'll be back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the box is very convenient. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

Beautiful apartment located a stone's throw from the beach for beautiful walks and not far from the city center. We did everything on foot. There are all the amenities available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key exchange despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The place was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge
