Zentral gelegen, ist man in 10 min in der mittelalterlichen Stadt Dinan zum shoppen und bummeln. 20 min per Auto und man ist an den herrlichen Stränden von Dinard, Saint Malo und Cancale. 30 min und sie sind schon am Mont Saint Michel und den Stränden der Normandie. Die Rance ist zu Fuss zu erreichen und lädt zu wunderschönen Wanderungen und Radtouren ein. Hunde herzlich willkommen!

In a green & quiet setting of a magnificent 15th century castle located at the entrance of our beautiful medieval city of Dinan, you will stay in a 54 m2 loft apartment on the ground floor of the main building. You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

We welcome you, on the first floor of a luxury house, in a 25 m² furnished studio, completely independent, a few minutes from the historic center of Dinan, and a 2-minute walk from the Les Alleux business center, located in a very quiet area. Independent entrance, equipped kitchenette, plus kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, separate shower room and toilet. 20 minutes from Saint Malo and the beaches (Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, Saint-Lunaire-sur-Mer), and 40 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.
