The Mil

Come relax at a home away from home in our quaint mother-in-law suite. (The Mil) The space accommodates 2 comfortably. There is a kitchen space equipped with hot plate, microwave and toaster oven where you can air fry, grill, bake, etc. There is a mini fridge available for use and all the basics to cook a meal. A bedroom area with queen bed and full bathroom. Living room can second as additional sleeping area. Sitting outside on the patio you have a great view of the Spanish peak mountains.

Walk the neighborhood and enjoy the views in every direction. Can accommodate 2 adults and one child comfortably. This apartment will NOT accommodate 3 adults. Extra guest= extra charge. Quiet time 10 PM - 7 AM. Enjoy the starry nights, & beautiful cool mountain days. Private parking in a designated space.

Located on the bank of the Cucharas River, the River's Bend ideal mountain retreat is geared for a family vacation, or personal restorative get away. This two beadroom, 3 bath cabin can accomadate up to six guests in the main cabin with use of the luxury cots in the spacious sunroom.
