Smoking friendly vacation rentals in La Ventana

I stayed here with my daughter. It was exactly as described, beautiful views and conveniently within walking distance of the event we were attending. Host was quick to respond. Absolutely no issues with check in and amenities were exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Well managed and as described and Juan Carlos was a great host. Beautiful view of Sea of Cortez from the roof deck. Great fit for kiters and wingers. For those who love quiet, the early morning pickleball from the nearby court could be annoying; but if you love pickleball this is a plus. My 3 month stay was safe, easy and without hiccups.

Can’t beat this location! The restaurant on-site is open M-F and so delicious. Worth coming just for the food, but the location is even more incredible right on the beach. Ulises provided kayaks and paddle board and the best hospitality. Highly recommend!

El lugar muy bonito y todo mi esposa y yo nos quedamos en ese lugar por primera vez en 2023 por nuestro noviazgo y ahora que nos casamos volvimos a venir este año 2025 y nos trajo nostalgia ,saber que todo estaba como los recordamos fue lo mejor baño limpio todo Lo mejor es después de las 9:30 de la noche el bar de abajo cierra entre semana y todo se vuelve callado el restaurante bar de abajo buena comida buen lugar para estar tiene jenga y juegos la playa caminando en 1 minuto en lo que bajas las escaleras todo muy bien nada de ruido en la noche nos encanta el lugar regresaremos La única cosa que yo cambiaría sería poner más utensilios de cocina cuchillos etc ya que aveces si vas a cocinar los vas a necesitar También deberían tener otro set de toallas y para tallarse el cuerpo de igual manera ya que si te quedas más de 3 días claro que ocupas más Muy contento regresamos pronto …

Fue una experiencia enriquecedora estar en contacto con la naturaleza. La casa es muy grande y cómoda y la cercanía con el mar y una playa solitaria fue algo muy agradable

I loved the view from my patio that overlooked the beach. I dined in just because of the view and music from the restaurant. The grocery store is close, the bike trails are close, and the beautiful beach access is easy. It’s a great beach for wind sports.

Great value, I think this is a new property so the owner is starting to set everything up, but has a lot of potential. Location is pretty good about 5 mins inland from oxxo. The owners were very kind and helpful and were interested in feedback.

Thank you Fernando for having us. We had 3 families stay. Accommodations were clean and well located with a couple taco shacks up the street and the best fish store in town is across the street. Easy access to the beach just down some steps and a few hundred steps to the water.

We had a great stay at Casa Alas Ventana. The house was spacious and had a good layout. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and time in the hot tub after being on the water. The location was convenient and the area for gear storage was awesome. We would recommend the house to others.

This was our 2nd year spending a week at Jerome’s house and we already booked again for next year! Our favorite aspects of the property are the easy access to the waterfront for kiteboarding/winging, the view from the veranda is amazing, and there is a bathroom for each bedroom. There were sup boards available to use this year and we enjoyed them on the calm days! We walked on the beach to several restaurants in the evening. The location is perfect and private. There is a gate at the top of the driveway for security. Already looking forward to next year!

Amazing place to stay and enjoy the ocean and all la Ventana has to offer

Very comfortable place for our group. We loved the pool and patio area with beautiful plants. Perfect base camp for adventures in la ventana area. A/C kept us cool and we appreciated having good appliances and cookware.

Séjour merveilleux. Nous sommes tombés amoureux de La Ventana. Et cette petite maison en bordure du désert a grandement contribué à nous faire passer un moment magique. La maison est petite mais très bien agencée, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons adoré le toit aménagé avec un hamac et une petite table avec vue sur la mer, l'église, et les cactus. Le voisinage est proche, mais assez éloigné pour se sentir tranquille. La plage centrale est à seulement 5 minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique car c'est de là que partent la plupart des excursions maritimes. C'est également là que se trouve une école de kyte surf. Arrivée au air bnb facile avec boîte à clés, et parking privé dans la cour. Quartier sûr. Miriam est une hôte très sympathique et réactive. Elle n'était pas sur place, c'est Dulce et son mari qui se sont occupés de nous en cas de problème. Nous recommandons grandement cette maison et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !
