Apartment vacation rentals in La Ventana

Tuve una excelente estancia en el alojamiento de Mateo, siempre se mantuvo en contacto desde antes de la llegada, ka ubicación de las habitaciones tienen privacidad, es pet friendly y cuenta con un área de patio dónde tú perro puede andar libremente y seguro. Las camas son muuuy confortables, cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar si es que lo necesitas, está muy buen ubicado, cerca de muchos lugares para comer hasta caminando, tiene estacionamiento seguro, se ve el mar desde las habitaciones y tiene una pequeña terraza, Mateo es muy amable y buen anfitrión, siempre pendiente de sí todo está bien. La pasé genial, definitivamente lo recomiendo.

This was great place near the Augas calientes. it is quiet, great ocean views. dogs in the next apartment were loud and woke us but they left and the next night was better. dogs on the street were not friendly. We do not argue with pitbulls.

If this is your first time coming to LaVentana this is a great location as sit’s in the middle of all there is to do. Very walkable to the beach,numerous coffee shops and restaurants all within 15 minutes,also the farmers market on thursdays. This particular room was great for a solo traveler, might feel a bit tight for a couple but it would work. ( Mateo has other options for couples) Room was clean and ready when I arrived. Mateo showed me everything I needed to know and also showed me the roof top patio that you could have morning coffee for sun rise or an evening drink for the sunset’s. I spent 2 weeks there and Mateo would occasionally check in with me and see if I needed anything during my stay which was nice. If you’re looking for a room at a good rate and a great location with an exceptional host give Mateo and CASA TEO a try.

Perfect spot for my plans in the area. Amazing access to the beach, good dining and of course the sea. I even walked the beach to the older area of El Sargento for the best taco stands and local mexican restaurants.

Todo bien, el lugar está perfecto, solo no hay pavimentación para llegar. De ahí, faltó más atención a las comunicaciones. Es un buen lugar por relación precio-calidad.

todo estuvo muy bien. lo recomiendo ampliamente, el lugar si tiene estacionamiento pero no tiene portones por lo tanto el carro queda afuera.

First things first, the house was such a cute and quaint little space perfectly fit for 2 and we had everything we needed for a comfy stay of 3 weeks. If we ever needed assistance accessing the laundry room Mateo was ready to help, if we needed help getting transportation Mateo was speedy with recommendations, if we needed help at all with luggage he was more than willing to assist. Cleaning, vehicles, food and drinks, groceries, etc. you name it and he was a huge help. My boyfriend and I’s stay was 100% stress free and overall a smooth trip completely thanks to him. Thanks Mateo! Hopefully we’re back speedy quick.

Lorena, the manager was outstanding. She met us and showed us around and made sure the wifi was working well. She also helped arrange a car service for an early morning return to La Paz Airport. The unit was very nice and clean--the only issue was it was at the top of 3 flights of stair and we had heavy fishing gear. So may request a lower unit if you have heavy baggage. Otherwise, A+ location and experience.

El departamento de costa de la vela tiene todo lo que necesitas para que tu estancia sea como en casa. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias, una familia o dos parejas se acomodan perfecto, el clima es delicioso y se duerme muy bien, es una zona tranquila y sin ruido, además de tener alberca privada con una vista increíble. Cerca hay muchos restaurantes para desayunar, comer y cenar, además de tiendas locales donde encuentras lo necesario. Definitivamente de los mejores lugares en la ventana para hospedarse, todo es nuevo y con muy buen gusto, a diferencia de lo que usualmente se encuentra en la localidad y a un excelente precio. Ya queremos regresar!!

I stayed here with my daughter. It was exactly as described, beautiful views and conveniently within walking distance of the event we were attending. Host was quick to respond. Absolutely no issues with check in and amenities were exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Can’t beat this location! The restaurant on-site is open M-F and so delicious. Worth coming just for the food, but the location is even more incredible right on the beach. Ulises provided kayaks and paddle board and the best hospitality. Highly recommend!

Extremely comfortable quiet and well equipped space close to trails and beaches. At a nice price.

The place was lovely and Maria was super helpful and friendly. Everything is close by. Marie was kind enough to take me on a tour of the area, suggested the best activities and restaurants in the area. Highly recommend the place. It was so peaceful there.

todo muy bien con el alojamiento, Renata siempre estuvo pendiente y resolvió cualquier duda que llegamos a. tener, la alberca está increíble y muy agradable, en general una estancia muy satisfactoria viajando con mis hijos de 2 años y de 2 meses.

Great location with a view. Place is well stocked and more than comfortable. Love being right off the main road when you pull into town. And road noise is nonexistent. Everything you need and expect in La Ventana - and then some.

Santiago was a great host. His apartment was great, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the location and how close it was to most restaurants and points of interest. The only thing that could improve are the common area jacuzzi’s. Their temperature maxed out at around 33-34 C. Other than that we highly recommend Santiago’s place.

Fantastic accommodations and a very responsive host. Excellent a/c unit, very nice hot tub and pool and even views of the water. The roof top patio is just a huge bonus! Great spot to have a made-at-home meal and enjoy the sunset and views of the water. We would confidently recommend staying g here. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

El alojamiento es muy bonito, lo tiene todo empezando por una excelente ubicación y una increíble vista. Está tal cual aparece en las fotos. También Óscar es muy atento y está al pendiente con la comunicación.

We enjoyed our stay here and would rent again. The space was clean, comfortable and in a good location. We loved the pool and roof top.
