This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Then it was where my grandparents lived and my father grew up and where I spent the best moments of my childhood. Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar. Everyone involved in this project put a lot of love in it, which I hope you’ll be able to feel when staying here.
