The house is rented as a whole (8 adults and 2 children). It is located 5 minutes from the village, surrounded by a garden with a private pool where peace and tranquility can be enjoyed. The house offers several living areas, 2 fireplaces, a barbecue, a pool table and table tennis. Capacity can be increased by up to 4 guests by renting the loft located on the same house.

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Ca La Conxita - rural disconnection for 5 people

Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.
