Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

The peace and quiet is ideal for those seeking to be at one with nature. The property itself is compact but finished to a high standard with all necessary facilities to offer you a comfortable stay. Welcoming and private 45 m² apartment on the 1st floor of our annexe. Independent entrance and parking. Edge of village but within 5 minutes of shops and restaurants. Great views across our land and lake. Bright and clean accommodation. Ideal stopover for work or on route to the south and on to Spain; or for longer stays to explore the local area with its' medieval towns and chateaux, apples and madeleines, porcelain, limousin beef and cul noir pigs.

Charming little studio house.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

With its 54m², it is perfect for hosting a couple or small family with young children. You will enjoy a bright and comfortable space, fully equipped and air-conditioned for a pleasant stay. We provide baby equipment (bed, high chair, etc.) on request, so that you can travel light and serene.

Situated in the heart of the Limosin countryside, Well Cottage is located within a small, very quiet hamlet in Chemin de la Vergnolle (formerly Bois Vicomte) just 3km from Coussac Bonneval home to a lovely chateau, resturants, pharmacy, Boulangerie, 7km from St Yriex la Perche which have all the amentities of a town and regular markets. Porcelain factories & shops nearby. Prices have been saved the same as last year.

Vous bénéficiez également de l’accès à la piscine (mise en service de juin à mi septembre). Nous sommes également idéalement situés dans la campagne pour les randonneurs, vttistes et coureurs (trail).
