Community pool located 2 minutes on foot. The house is in a residential neighborhood and can be parked right in front. All basic amenities 2 minutes drive The house has two bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed. It has been 100% renovated and equipped. Magnificent views and ideal to disconnect.
