The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Arcachon villa. It also includes a large garden, a car location and two private terraces. In the heart of the winter city, residential and quiet area, everything is within walking distance: center, beach, market, train station. We do not live there, a key box allows our visitors to take possession of the premises independently. We are available by phone call. A company prepares the property after each rental.

Welcome to my bohemian little cocoon! My apartment is a large, bright 25m2 studio located on the 1st and last floor of one of the oldest buildings in La Teste-de-Buch. The decoration was done by me and the apartment has been completely repainted recently. The kitchen has been redone. If you are looking for a magical break in the Arcachon bay then my apartment has everything to seduce you with the charm of the old, its neat decoration and its ideal location.

Located in La Teste de Buch, on the Arcachon basin in a very quiet neighborhood. For everyday groceries, you have a Carrefour City 700m or Intermarché (hyper) 1.5 km away. On foot you will be 6 minutes from the train station, 20 minutes from the municipal market and 16 minutes from the port of La Teste. By car you will be 11 minutes to Arcachon beach, 20 minutes to the dune of Pyla and the ocean beaches. You will have a terrace and parking space .

Ideally located apartment on the front line at Pointe de l'Aiguillon, close to shops in the Aiguillon district. You will enjoy a nice 85 m2 refurbished apartment, with a balcony for your lunches facing the Bay. At the foot of the apartment is a small beach and an oyster shack where you can taste oysters and shellfish. Arcachon city center is a 5-minute drive away as well as the train station. No pets allowed.
