Nous venons de passer un super séjour chez Oussama. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la médina …et bien plus . Oussama est une personne très attentionnée, réactive, cultivée , dynamique et très intéressante . Son hébergement est magnifique et paisible et l’accueil chaleureux et au top. Ali was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! He offered a discount to match my budget and always was proactive in making sure i was having a good time and taken care of! The place is so vintage and has a rich history, Ali is super passionate about it and that makes it more appealing and pleasant to stay in. The place is clean everything you could ask for. It’s calm and private the owner made sure you were taken care of but at the same time given your own space. The staff(maid, cook and other staff) are always so helpful and happy to help! This place is perfect for people who are looking for an inspiring place to work remotely while enjoying the best part of tunis in my opinion. Special thanks to Ali and all the staff! This would definitely be my best recommendation for tunis and i will definitely come back again. Super underrated and over looked~

L’accueil chaleureux, la flexibilite des hôtes, l’emplacement de cette chambre d’hôtes proche du centre, le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux, le beau jardin de la villa en plein cœur de la ville, le confort et la propreté de la chambre.

Tout y est fait pour que l’on se sente à l’aise. C’est beau, c’est propre, accueillant et chaleureux. La suite et la salle de bains étaient très belles, le ménage impeccable et le petit-déjeuner très bon. La maison, datant du siècle dernier est pleine d’originalité et très bien entretenue avec un concept different des hôtels classiques. Un grand merci aux hôtes qui n’ont fait que répondre positivement à mes requêtes.

Sehr schönes Airbnb im Herzen von Tunis. Man befindet sich direkt im Alltagsleben der Einheimischen. In der Nebensaison waren wir nahezu die einzigen Touristen in der Gegend, das muss man mögen. Wir haben uns allerdings sicher gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren immer gut erreichbar und unfassbar gastfreundlich. Wir wurden direkt zum Mittagessen eingeladen und haben uns ein Mahl geteilt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr authentisch. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

There was a unique atmosphere at Potas house. It was greatly antiquated and felt raw, but at the same time comfortable and safe. A good combo in my opinion. Hassen (the local caretaker) was key in making me feel safe and secure in the Medina. He’s was also quite entertaining!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! M. Rhida hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und uns mit allen Anliegen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Die Damen, die das Haus so perfekt betreuen bereiten ein reichhaltiges Buffet-Frühstück. Nette Dachterasse. Das DarYa liegt in einem angenehmen Teil der Medina, viele kleine Restaurants u Imbisse, wo auch Tunesische Gäste unterwegs sind, auch am Abend. Gutes, sicheres Gefühl. Ich empfehle das Haus und seine freundlichen Menschen ohne Einschränkung! Großes Danke ☺️

The stay was fantastic. The location is just in the middle of this beautiful place, the views, especially for the breakfast, overlooking the sea, are breathtaking. The palace is marvellous, I haven’t expected it. Looks even better than the pictures, almost surreal. Was such a privilege to be able to stay there and to experience. The staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I loved this place and would like to come back.

Un lieu charmant et insolite à deux pas du village de Sidi Bou Saïd. On est dans un authentique palais de quatre siècles. C'est très beau, surprenant. Le parc dominant la région est superbe: vue sur les environs, la mer. Litterie très confortable, salle de bain immense, très belle. Très belle découverte donc.

Alloggio bellissimo, un dar totalmente ristrutturato con i soffitti tutti dipinti secondo lo stile tunisino: la casa di per sé è stato un bellissimo benvenuto a Tunisi. La zona dove si trova l’alloggio è molto bella, una via pedonale vicino a vari ministeri quindi molto tranquilla e pulita. Per i taxi andare in piazza della Kasbah. Ottimi caffè sotto casa. La sera la zona è molto silenziosa e il riposo assicurato. L’host è una persona gentile e disponibile. Super consigliato!
