Iryna is a very good host. It was adapted to our arrival time for the check-in and check-out of the house. He gave us very broad explanations of the house and the surroundings . The photos are totally real, it has two bedrooms with beds in very good condition, all the very nice decor of both the house and the garden . Many welcome details, pool towels apart from the bathroom , in the kitchen you have all the utensils as in your home and in very good condition …. Everything is perfect . We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. We've stayed with three marriages, with small children and everything's great. The perfect common and individual spaces, as well as the spaciousness of the garden, the heated pool gives a lot of play, although in Easter, the 26 degrees falls short, you would have to climb it a little. The ideal cleanliness and the Villa has everything you need in terms of home furnishings and appliances. The only thing that would improve is the furniture, since both the sofas and the wedding mattresses are quite worn and sink and for us the rest is very important. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

What a wonderful week we had at Villa Leonika in November. What a nice spacious house, with all the comforts. It is located in the quiet and beautiful district of La Sabatera and it is a 20-25 minute walk to the port of Moraira and the beach Playa l'Ampolla. In this old part of Moraira there are a few nice and cozy restaurants and terraces. The big market on Friday is recommended. The host was very friendly and helpful. In short, we had a perfect week.

Our group of five absolutely loved our stay at this villa. It has amazing views from the terrace and the best swimming pool to relax by. Johannes was a great host and we would definitely return to his villa again.

Wow. What a place. Everything was perfect. Jitske a great host. Out door space a particular highlight. We loved the bbq space in the back. Kitchen was fantastic with ample utensils. Fantastic holiday home. Would totally recommend. Town was great. Beautiful beach. Lots of padel courts. Great restaurants. Thank you. If you are thinking about booking just do it - you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful villa, gorgeous furniture and pool. Plenty of space for large family of 12. Outside kitchen was amazing! Marcel our host always responsive. Stunning holiday home with great WiFi speed. Beautiful gardens and views of the mountain. Very thoughtful hosts left some drinks and cava. For our arrival. Thank you. Children loved the table tennis. Good laundry facilities. Only negatives are that there were no hand towels for drying hands in any bathrooms and not enough tea towels in the kitchen for 12 people. Only 2 provided. Fridge was not cold enough and food spoiled quickly. Very very very difficult to get taxis anywhere in Denia , so get ready for lots of walking. Restaurant down the road is fabulous, huge food portions, tasty cuisine and lovely staff. Overall and fabulous holiday!

This place is unique and we loved it. We were 16 people of all ages and I must emphasise that the kitchen is well equipped so catering was easy. Also we loved the fact that there are 2 dining tables, one in and one out (the outside one has great views over Xabia). Most of the bedrooms are spacious which was welcomed. We all loved the pool area - the pool is well kept. We bought inflatables, and left them there in the hope that another family will enjoy them as much as our kids did! No credit to Gilles for the weather, but we were fortunate - it was perfect!! Many thanks.

stunning views, awesome pool, Oranges everywhere. we stayed in April and the orange blossoms smelled amazing. the house has everything you need and more. 10/10 if you want to spend the weekend with a view and good friends

We had a wonderful family vacation in the house. It is nice and spacious and very neat. In terms of location, you have a nice view of Calpe and the villa is quietly located, which is very nice. The contact was always friendly and fast and they were very nice to think about the flexible check-in time in connection with our early flight time. Highly recommended!

It is hard not to fall in love with this spectacular property and the endearing Amparo. The house enjoys an absolutely spectacular setting and we loved everything about our stay here. It’s a really characterful property with lots of lovely, unique touches. We felt very fortunate to stay somewhere that’s such a part of a family legacy. The location was perfect for us. Cala Blanca is stunning and we loved our daily dip in the sheltered cove as well as being able to stroll to Arenal beach and its bars and restaurants. On Amparo’s recommendation we also hiked up and around to Creu del Portixol viewpoint and on to Cala Barraca/ Portixol cove. Nothing was too much trouble, Amparo shared lots of helpful recommendations of places to eat out too.

Great place, you simply can’t beat the views. Lots of privacy. Alex was always quick to respond and he was super flexible for checkin in/out. 100% recommended.

The house is located in a perfect spot with amazing views! The rooms are big with comfortable beds and nice decorations. The master bedroom on the top floor is more like a studio than a room. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to use. We visited in December/January so we could not enjoy the sun on the terrazzo but it was easy to imagine how wonderful it would have been during the summer season.

We have just had a wonderful family week at Andres Vilal in Calpe. The villa was easy to find and the location was fantastic with amazing views in a lovely peaceful area, with little to no noise. Just an 8 min drive down into Calpe for supermarkets and great restaurants. The villa was really homely and clean and suited our needs perfectly for 5 adults. The seperate self contained flat at the bottom was perfect for my wife and I while our Son, Daughter and Her boyfriend occupied the main villa. The outside eating areas and BBQ were great and made for relaxing evenings. Although be warned the mosquitoes were vicious and we all got bitten. The pool was fantastic and very relaxing with stunning views over the surrounding hills. The Villa was ideally placed for days out including Altea old town, Fonts Del Algar and Valencia, all of which i would reccomend. The only observation I would make is the villa needed some TLC, but fine for us. Andres was really helpful and responsive.

Absolute paradise!! I cannot explain how beautiful this place is! If you want to get away from it all but not be too far from everything, El Mirador is the perfect location. The views are magnificent, the property itself is outstanding (it has everything you need including fast wifi to work) and the hosts are the absolute sweetest. 11/10 would recommend!

We loved from the minute Annick took us into the house. First impressions were that we felt at home. Beautiful house, gardens and the sparkling pool. Comfortable inside with great furniture in the lounge/diner. Kitchen was provided with ample crockery, utensils, etc. Utility room a god send with washer and dryer. Bedrooms and bedding really first class. The garden outside is tranquility of peace and quiet and very much to our liking. Lots of sun beds and chairs that could be moved to catch the sun. We didn’t bother with much sight-seeing, only visiting the local shopping mall for groceries and a coffee. Great response, Annick was always on hand to fix any queries we had. We loved it so much we have already booked for a longer stay next year. Can’t wait.

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa. Nothing is missing! the decoration is in very good taste. A heavenly place, with a magnificent view of the sea, its location on the mountainside allowed us to go on beautiful hikes. The pool was a real treat with this heat! I would highly recommend it. A perfect stay.

We went as a group of 6 and had an incredible time. The house is amazingly located, the views were beautiful. We had tons of space and the house very well stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Our host Ton was also fantastic and super responsive to all communication. We had a lovely stay, just be aware the place you pick the key up is quite a drive away. Everything was spotlessly clean. Stunning scenery. Restaurants are all a 15-20 minute drive away, due to its location.
