Being away from the urban center guarantees tranquility and privacy. We recommend having a vehicle for getting around, including accessing the garbage collection point.

Brand new stylish renovated villa in Denia!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. A 5-minute drive to the historic center, 15 minutes to the Puerto beach and 5 minutes to town. You will find traditional shops and restaurants. 5 beds, 1 Queen-sized bed, 2 bathrooms, huge terrace.
