The apartment was in a great location, nice and clean but because there is four towers with the same name the taxi driver got confused dropping us off at the correct one but the host was great and directed us ASAP when we got lost

This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

Very nice accommodation with walking distance to the sea in a minute. Fresh apartment with a fantastic terrace, nearby there were some restaurants and in about 15 minutes you get into the city center. We are very happy with this accommodation, everything was 5/5 ☀️☀️

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Excellent place. We were there off season and the peace and tranquility is to die for. Beautiful balcony, spotless unit. A gem of a place. We are a family of 3 and loved our stay. Highly recommend

An absolute pleasure, both the place and the host, always super attentive to us. Seeing the sea while cooking or sleeping while listening to the sea is the dream we have every vacation and here we get it. Also, being able to bring our dog is a super plus. Thank you for letting us enjoy a vacation with the whole family! A real pleasure, we'll be back! :)

The apartment is perfect for a beach getaway. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the hair dryer with diffuser, the bathroom products and the detergent available for the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, always attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super close beach and you can make a route through the villages of the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

Sara's home was amazing!! Stunning views, easy access to the beach and Altea casco antiguo - which is also stunning!! You will not be disappointed! My only suggestion is to change out the primary bedroom mattress. It is very uncomfortable, in my opinion, unless you enjoy a hard mattress. There is a parking space but the garage is very tight. We rented a car - they gave us a Subaru Forester and one night we could not park in the garage due to how other cars were parked. Our car was too large. If you come with a smaller one you will be fine.

Antonio's house is really beautiful. What we liked incredibly well is the very good equipment of garden furniture! There was a place to sit everywhere and if it's too hot downstairs, you can go to the roof terrace where there's always a breeze from the sea. Furthermore, the basic equipment was more than available. e.g. kitchen appliances and spices, enough towels, various cleaning products, etc. The only thing that was not so good was the cleaning of the toilet and the dishes were partly not quite clean but that can happen and since we do not make a big problem out of it, that was also settled in no time. We will certainly recommend it and will be happy to come back!!!!

We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

Had a great time at Lora’s house! We stayed over a month and it was a really nice place to stay for a longer period. The house is located on a hill, which is a climb to walk to from the beach/Harbour, but then again the view from the spacious terrace is amazing! I really recommend this accommodation, also the communication with Lora was great!

We felt right at home. The house is beautiful, it has all kinds of amenities both in the kitchen and in the rooms, very complete. It is centrally located and well-connected. The host was very nice and I answered all the doubts instantly.

It is a nice little place on the outskirts of Dénia. You can reach the nearest Lidl and consum in 5 minutes by car, but also a little later at the harbor. Walking is a bit far and steep. But for that you have your peace at the house, no traffic and also a very quiet neighborhood. The property is large so the little ones can let off steam. The pool and hot tub are also impeccable. The distribution is unbeatable. There is a main apartment with 2 bedrooms and a secondary apartment that also has a separate bathroom. Simply brilliant. It was great for us! In the kitchen there is everything you need. If necessary, even boxes to store the rest of the food. We didn't need it, but it was there and that was great. Lots of pots and pans. One thing wasn't quite as good, but not bad. Only one knife was sharp. A little clumsy to cut tomatoes, but I used the steak knives for that. :) We were very pleased!

An amazing host — incredibly flexible and accommodating. She let us check in late and even allowed a late check-out, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent throughout, with super quick responses and thoughtful recommendations. The accommodation itself was beautiful — even better than the photos, which really don’t do it justice! Altea is a wonderful place to visit, and staying here made it even more special. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

This accommodation is worth it for the breathtaking views of the city, a few minutes from the beach that you can reach by taking a short walk, the pool area and garden is very large and very beautiful. The apartment has everything... I would book again if we return to Benidorm and it is available. It was a success... my family and I loved it

Amazing stay in Javea. The apartment is central in the town. Lovely top floor apartment with a large double bedroom, bunkbeds (with a walk-in wardrobe) and large balcony.

We stayed during this May holiday weekend and it was great, the whole team was very attentive and super friendly, the location is excellent. We'll be back, it's a shame we didn't have time to go up to the parties

The apartment is like in the photos. Very clean and has everything. The urbanization is super quiet and very taken care of. The location is great, next to Consum and with the beach at the end of the street. Communication with Concepción is very fluid. Totally recommended!

Great place and great host. Hugo was very responsive and kind, explaining everything in great detail. What really stood out for me was how well furnished the place was, we had all the amenities we needed that are usually missing: sponges, towels, soap and shampoo, cleaning products, coffee machine with hot cocoa and even loads of books ! Everything was super clean and we felt very comfortable. The place is really cool and gives off a super chill vibe. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway near the beach with a group of friends.

We had a full month in the apartment and we were very comfortable. The beach is 1 min walk, literally stuck, and the pool is great. The best part of the house is the spacious terrace, where you can make life. Jesus was very attentive from day one and gave us good recommendations on where to eat and what places to visit. The area is very quiet, maybe too much. Near the apartment there are very good restaurants, yes, you will have to take the car or take a good walk along the bike path. We value our stay very well and will take it into account in case we repeat a trip to the area.

Everything was perfect, as well as the welcome, the location, the cleanliness or the contact with the owner! They are attentive to anything, they even leave a welcome bottle to start the stay in the best way! Thank you very much for everything !
