Located in Créon, this 74 m² house offers a peaceful setting while being close to all amenities. Recently renovated, it combines comfort with old-fashioned charm. Ground floor consisting of an entrance hall, a living room, and a kitchen. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with storage and one bathroom. The house includes a small 170 m² garden with a terrace and barbecue. Just 19 km from Saint-Émilion, 18 km from Bordeaux, and 60 km from the coast.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

If you are visiting Bordeaux, you will be welcome at our place in a studio separate from our house. Bright accommodation in a quiet residential area located 600 m from the city center, with restaurants, bakeries and a shopping mall nearby. Accessible from central Bordeaux by bus 470, with a stop not far from Saint Jean Station. Land of vineyards, with numerous castles and sites such as St Emillion in the surrounding area.

The Arcachon Bay is a 1 hour 15 minute drive.
