Seaside getaway: quiet air-conditioned house

A short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, an air-conditioned living room of 40 m2, as well as a large air-conditioned kitchen of 30 m2 overlooking an intimate outdoor space.
