It is located between Avallon and Saulieu in a charming little village called La Roche en Brenil, located 1 hour from Auxerre, 1 hour from Dijon, 35 minutes from Montbard TGV station. The house is in the heart of the Morvan Regional Park, with all its forest, lake, hiking, etc. A 5-minute walk from the house you will find a bakery, supermarket, butcher, deli, coffee shop and a medical center with two doctors.
