Charming renovated country house. Located in a green and quiet environment, very close to a nice little beach and the coastal trail, 5 min drive from the center of Dinard. The house consists of an entrance, living room with gas stove, beautiful bathroom, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms on the 1st level: 160 cm bed, 180 cm electric bed (divisible into 2 x 90 cm, and children's room with a 90 x 190 cm bed) and a 4th bedroom in the attic (140 cm bed). Parking and public transport within 50 m.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

An extension designed by an architect made it possible to expand the original building and add a modern kitchen/dining room, overlooking a terrace with everything you need to enjoy it. 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom await you on the first floor. This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor.
