The house is very nice, Cinthia was very kind and was always helping if I needed anything, the house was clean, enough bedding, the Quiet neighborhood. The only advice is that if you don't have a vehicle, the neighborhood is a bit big to get out, so that was my only difficulty because I didn't take into account that without a car it was difficult to get out of the area. Otherwise, the house is beautiful.

I went for a long weekend, everything was impeccable. Rosita lives in the house next door and always helped us with everything we needed. From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience at Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz greeted us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

Mariano is a terrific host - thoughtful, helpful, and responsive. The apartment is cozy and in a great location - quiet at night, but also just steps away from all the great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.
