Beautiful apartment, very well equipped, clean, nice and safe building with permanent residents. An area with many bars and restaurants, and the proximity of the Chile España station makes it easy to get around by metro everywhere. Fernanda is a very good host, she explained everything very clearly and recommended places to eat and visit. A 10, I definitely recommend it, absolutely!!!

During our stay we felt very comfortable in the accommodation, it is equipped as described. We highlight its location, if you go shopping as we did, it is ideal either because of its location close to all the main shopping malls and it has a garage that connects by elevator to the apartment, so it was very convenient for us to unload luggage. I came from Brazil to Chile, and I stayed a few days at Roberto's, very helpful! And his accommodations exactly as in the photos of the listing, extremely unique to see the Andes mountains in the room. I recommend it to my Brazilian brothers who want to come.

The location is great, the room has enough space, Wi-Fi and TV work well. Everything was wonderful, just pay attention to the mattress. For couples weighing over 70 kg each and with back problems, the mattress “sinks”, which can become a problem for longer stays. Eduardo is organized, clean and very helpful. I recommend it to everyone! Oh, enjoy the shopping mall in front: good pizza; Dulce Pimenta, a 2nd floor restaurant, great, good dishes and fair price. Japanese on the 3rd floor, I recommend it.

My stay was simply perfect! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: new, well decorated, very clean and comfortable. The check-in was super smooth, without any difficulties, and the host was always available and attentive throughout the stay. The street where the apartment is located is quieter, without much nightlife, but with several options nearby, which was great for resting and, at the same time, having easy access to bars and restaurants. Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!

Very comfortable room in a gated condominium, easy to get to from the airport in about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Nora is an excellent host, everything is very clean, she allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. 10 minutes away is the Mall Arauco Maipu, very large with many stores

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

Very quiet place and family home, totally worth it, communication with the owner is fantastic, plus she is very friendly and available for any need you may have. Transportation is very close, as is the subway. There is also a supermarket and places to eat nearby. In short, the place is totally worth it.
