This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped, clean, nice and safe building with permanent residents. An area with many bars and restaurants, and the proximity of the Chile España station makes it easy to get around by metro everywhere. Fernanda is a very good host, she explained everything very clearly and recommended places to eat and visit. A 10, I definitely recommend it, absolutely!!!

Rodrigo is an excellent host! From the day we booked, he was always very helpful and answered all our questions. He gave tips on restaurants and places to visit in Santiago. We feel at home! and oh... the view is spectacular! I'll never forget the view the apartment has while drinking wine. Thank you Rodrigo! We can't wait to come back

What an amazing place! Great views, great security, lots of nearby restaurants, parks, and just all-around beautiful atmosphere. Not to mention the apartment itself. (this is coming from a top my top contractor boyfriend) the quality and craftsmanship in every detail was top-notch. They did a really good job in every detail. There is a little market just across the street for all the little things you might need and a mall two blocks away for all of your shopping needs. The staff and owner was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

I came from Brazil to Chile, and I stayed a few days at Roberto's, very helpful! And his accommodations exactly as in the photos of the listing, extremely unique to see the Andes mountains in the room. I recommend it to my Brazilian brothers who want to come.

The house is very cozy and very similar to the photos. The accommodation was nice and the location is great, close to a lot of shops. We liked it a lot!

Arturo always responded to us promptly even early in the morning. He was a super friendly host and provided clear instructions. Amenities were comprehensive, and the location was good. Convenient and walkable to many major attractions and some lovely neighborhoods like Lastarria.

The apartment is very nice, clean, with a nice view and well-equipped. It's in a good area with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and well connected. Cristopher was always very attentive. There was only a small technical problem with the access code upon arrival, but we were able to resolve it quickly. In addition, he was kind enough to let me arrive before check-in time. I recommend it.

Very comfortable room in a gated condominium, easy to get to from the airport in about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Nora is an excellent host, everything is very clean, she allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. 10 minutes away is the Mall Arauco Maipu, very large with many stores

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

Very quiet place and family home, totally worth it, communication with the owner is fantastic, plus she is very friendly and available for any need you may have. Transportation is very close, as is the subway. There is also a supermarket and places to eat nearby. In short, the place is totally worth it.
