Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... Independent studio on the ground floor, recent (2023) with bathroom and separate toilet. You can enjoy the 500m2 fenced garden with deckchairs, shaded area for outdoor dining. Here, we love animals and you are welcome with dog, cat, camel. Fully equipped with real bed with comfortable Bultex mattress and full kitchen with fridge, induction, coffee maker and kettle. Bed linen and towels provided. Washing machine for €5, detergent included.

Unusual and quiet apartment (42m² in the basement of our house). Kitchen open to a 700m² garden overlooking the Bauges massif. Spacious master bedroom. Small living room convertible into a bedroom with a double sofa bed leading to a bathroom, small but functional (shower+wc). Located 30 min maximum from the lakes in summer ( Bourget, Aiguebelette, St André, La Thuile, etc.), and the first ski slopes in winter (La Feclaz, Margeriaz).
