Our apartment is on the second floor of a building that was completely renovated in 2024. It consists of a living room-kitchen, two large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace/balcony to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The two bedrooms have access to the balcony, and the living room leads to the large terrace that gives the apartment an extra atmosphere and lets in a lot of light. We are a short walk from downtown Comillas and border Oyambre Natural Park.

We felt comfortable in the accommodation, it looked like the photos and it had everything you need in everyday life. The small sunny garden with its amenities invites you to sunbathe :-). Communication with Sara was great, she gave us tips for the area and responded quickly to inquiries. You just have to be aware that you are dependent on a car if you want to do something.

The house is in a fantastic position just above a wonderful beach We had two dogs and it was perfect for them The house itself was very comfortable and well equipped and the beds were comfortable Mauricio was very easy to reach and his wife and daughter showed us around the house when we arrived which made things easier There was some building work next door but other than some builder parking issues which were quickly resolved it didn’t really bother us The work was in its final stages Overall we loved the house and the host was really nice

We spent a month in this apartment. The environment is quiet and secluded (even if it is a neighborhood under construction) and it is very well placed to discover Comillas and the area. If you have no difficulty walking, everything is accessible relatively quickly on foot (supermarket and center are close and the beach is about 30 minutes away for the bravest). We were very well received (a small surprise on arrival is always appreciated after a long road!) and the arrival was easy with the possibility to park in the private parking lot. The apartment, itself, is not very large, especially the kitchen, but it is comfortable and rather functional with an unobstructed view to enjoy the balcony and all the amenities for a long stay. The net is fast and it is possible to work comfortably. In short, very good!

Beautiful space to stay with an incredible view, highly helpful and responsive host who gave lots of great recommendations. Highly recommend, and will be back!

Excellent stay in Comillas. The home is spacious and has a covered porch ideal for winter and rain. In addition, it has outdoor areas that in a time of good weather you can enjoy. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the basics and more. In addition, the host is very friendly and helpful. He helped us with all the questions we had and his response was quick. 100% recommended!

An outdoor terrace features two cozy armchairs and a coffee table, inviting relaxation with ample natural light. A parasol stands beside the seating area for shade, and expansive glass doors lead into the interior living space, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere.

Oyambre House View

We spent a whole month in Sonsoles' apartment and enjoyed most of the time very much. The view from the terrace is really unique. The surrounding area is very nice, green and quiet. The apartment is new and modernly furnished. The beds were all new and very comfortable. Everything can be reached relatively quickly by car. Unfortunately, there were problems at check-in so we had to wait a little longer than planned. Another negative point was unfortunately the construction site opposite. The last 2 weeks of our stay we had almost every day for up to 10 hours a day. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do and this is not the fault of the host. Despite the negative points, we would book Sonsole's accommodation again at any time and can recommend it.
