This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley. A seasonal creek runs along edge of land with amazing mountain views. Ideal for a single artist, couple or small family. It is a close 3 ½ minute walk to the Brazos River, where we have deeded rights to an incredible half mile of river frontage and some of the best trout fishing around.
