Fully furnished and refrigerated, with a garage for 4 cars and a private pool and terrace. We also have the option of renting for events with extra cost. On the ground floor you will find our large pool along with a space to prepare in the grill and half bathroom. On the top floor you will find our three bedrooms, two king beds and a queen bed with its bathroom

It has the services of TV, WIFI, NETFLIX, MINISPLIT, hot water only in cold season! It is located one block from the medical school, 5 minutes from Plaza 4 Ríos, 7 from Forum, 5 from the pier walkway to enjoy walking, or by bicycle or skateboard. The idea is to enjoy all the areas of the pier!

Excellent location in the North zone, central, quiet and safe, absolute privacy, near Plaza Sendero, automatic closed gate, semi-private street, one block from Boulevard Rolando Arjona (many food places on the corner), iron, hair dryer, washing machine, hot water, stove, microwave, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, TV in the living room and main room (Claro video, YouTube and other apps), fenced patio.

Excellent service, a very comfortable house, excellent location for us who work outside the city. I would definitely come back.

very late to qualify for personal reasons, but we loved being in the stay, everything is very quiet, in front of a park. fences of places to go to shop. everything in order.
