Vacation rentals with a patio in La Preneuse

We had a wonderful stay at Rajesh’s Airbnb! Rajesh was an incredibly kind and helpful host who made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The place was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, well-maintained and cozy. It was also perfectly located, with everything we needed close by. Rajesh went above and beyond by arranging a lovely island tour for us, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. On top of that, he served the most delicious breakfast spread we’ve had at any Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and we’d love to stay here again!

We felt right at home in the apartment and enjoyed our stay there. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. The pool with terrace is awesome and especially our kids had a lot of fun :-) Thank you very much, Marie. We had a great stay :-)

Unsere erste Airbnb-Erfahrung und es hätte nicht besser sein können. Es ist alles, wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Check-in und Check-out waren ganz einfach und schnell. Jeglicher Kontakt war immer sehr hilfsbereit und wir haben jederzeit schnell eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön, die Lage top. Mit dem Auto kann man alles schnell erreichen. Einzig die Kopfkissen sind wirklich nicht zum schlafen geeignet. Das Bett ist Recht hart, aber das lässt sich aushalten. Es ist für alles gesorgt, egal ob Waschmittel oder Küchenausstattung. Einzig einen Regenschirm hätten wir gebrauchen können. ;) Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und alles Liebe. Andreas und Nicole

Logement refait à neuf dans une maison d'un étage. Le propriétaire a été flexible sur mes horaires, a été réactif lors de mes demandes et était à proximité en cas de soucis. Je recommande le logement qui est idéal et tranquille.

Un logement est situé dans le calme verdoyant de Curepipe, bien équipé avec une deco moderne et apaisante. Je m’y suis senti chez moi très rapidement. Avi a fait preuve de disponibilité mais également d’une grande compréhension lorsque j’ai voulu récupérer les clés du logement un peu plus tôt que prévu. Franchement, allez y les yeux fermés! Curepipe, est placé au milieu de l’île, ce qui en fait un point de chute idéal pour les adeptes des road trip. De plus, si vous ne disposez pas d’un véhicule, vous trouverez à proximité du logement, une gare qui dessert la quasi totalité de l’île. Merci Avi!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce logement tout propre, décoré avec soin, et surtout très fonctionnel avec tout à disposition. Tout est mis en place pour faciliter son arrivée, ainsi que toutes les informations nécessaires à savoir sur l’ile (restaurants, plages, activités…). L’appartement est sécurisé et situé dans un quartier calme, tout proche d’un centre commerciale et des plages. Grindel est une hôte disponible et au petit soin. Je recommande sans hésiter et les yeux fermés !

We had a great stay at Mag & Hervé’s place! It had everything we needed to feel home away from home. The overall property is well worth the value we paid for. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Hervé. He took the time to explain everything to us and was always readily available when we had questions throughout our stay. The property is well located (10 mins from Grand Baie by car and 10 mins from Mont Choisy Beach by walk) and private. We also found great restaurants around. Un immense merci Mag et Hervé. Nous espérons d’être de retour à Maurice très bientôt. Nous n’hésiterons pas à vous solliciter de nouveau à notre retour ◡̈ P. S. A local man on a motorbike sales Dal Puri in the morning. He rides up and down the street and rings a bell. Must try!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Lodge. Die Unterkunft ist vom Flughafen aus schnell und unkompliziert mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und unsere Ankunftszeit wurde flexibel berücksichtigt – das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Lodge selbst ist bestens ausgestattet und der große Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Nähe zum Strand – in weniger als fünf Minuten ist man zu Fuß dort. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist die Lage ideal. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

logement très spacieux, très propre et sécurisé, correspond aux photos et description de l'annonce. situé a 5min a pied d'un supermarché, et 15min a pied de la plage, 3min en voiture. une agréable semaine passé dans le logement de Sarah je vous le recommande. Très bien équipé ( bouilloire, grille pain, fer a repasser, cuisine tout équipé) Voyageant avec un bébé de 5 mois, Sarah nous a mis à disposition un lit bébé et siège auto. Sarah est une Hôtes très très réactive et soucieuse du bon déroulement du séjour. De très bon conseil pour les sorties, resto, et autres .. Logement situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Le jardin avec terrasse couverte et barbecue un régal. Si je dois mettre un point négatif, beaucoup de chiens chez les voisins et dans le quartier qui aboient régulièrement mais c'est pour être pointilleuse. je vous recommande ce logement 100%

Die Zeit im Palm Nest war wunderschön. Die Lage in Tamarin gefiel uns, da man von dort den schönen Westen der Insel mühelos erkunden kann. Am Strand La Preneuse vor der Haustür kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Der Kontakt mit Coralie war super hilfreich, freundlich und unkompliziert. 🫶🏻

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Pool! Die Gastgeberin Mehtaab war wirklich super lieb und hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert, wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gab. Da das Airbnb in einem Neubaugebiet liegt, würde ich auf jeden Fall ein Mietauto empfehlen, damit ist man in 5min am Strand. Man hört manchmal die Bauarbeiten. Alles in allem ein wirklich schönes Airbnb!

Kevina s place was absolutely amazing! The house is spacious, clean, and filled with positive energy that made our stay feel incredibly relaxing. The backyard is a true highlight, peaceful and private, with a great barbecue setup and a beautiful swimming pool perfect for sunny days. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was the perfect escape. Kevina was a wonderful host ,thoughtful, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

On a passé un séjour très agréable chez Alex et Marie-France. On a apprécié la qualité de la maison, le calme de l’endroit. La maison est facile à vivre et bien équipée. Beaucoup de choses à disposition pour l’arrivée dans le frigidaire ou en dehors (fruits, boissons, miel, etc.). La maison est située à proximité de la plage. La plage est très sympa en particulier le soir au coucher de soleil avec le Club Med illuminé à proximité. Le restaurant la Murene situé à deux pas est un délice et offre un super rapport qualité-prix.

The house is pretty and has all the amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet and private. The location of the property is good as it takes only 45 minutes to an hour to get to any sight on the island in any direction. The grocery stores and malls nearby are between 8 to 20 minutes away by car. The host is very responsive, and his parents, who manage the property, are helpful. I recommend staying at this property if you want to stay in this area.

Location très propre et dans un environnement dépaysant. piscine top, resto top.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre exceptionnel.

Thank you for the lovely stay Sheel! We felt at home and appreciated the attention towards details found throughout your apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our extended stay. The building was well maintained, had friendly staff and felt very safe with the security team. Having a pool was a wonderful bonus after an excursion day! We’ll miss our daily breakfast on the balcony enjoying the views! We recommend this great stay :)

Top Unterkunft, Maria war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Appartement liegt direkt gegenüber dem Strand. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: Restaurants, Einkaufen, Streetfood... Wir würden immer wieder diese Unterkunft wählen

Le logement de Geoffray est très agréable, propre, au calme et très bien situé. Vous avez la plage de bain bœuf à 2 minutes à pieds, le winners pour vos courses à 2 minutes en voitures et si vous avez peur d’être dépaysé un Super U à grand baie à 20 minutes de voiture à peine. Nous avons été accueilli par Myrella la maman de Geoffray qui est adorable. Tout c’est très bien passé et Geoffray reste disponible et réactif dès que nous on avons eu besoin. Nous aurions aimé prolonger notre séjour dans le nord juste pour ça mais le sud nous appel.

المكان رائع جداً جداً ونظيف وواسع وفخم يوجد مسبح صغير خاص اطلالة رائعة على ملعب القولف مطبخ متكامل بالأواني والأجهزه يوجد ٣ دورات مياه ٣ غرف صالة بلكونه واسعه طاولة طعام داخلية وخارجية مطبخ متكامل الشقة بوسط منتجع أناهيتا تستخدم نفس الشاطيء ونفس المسابح يوجد مطاعم وكوفي بالمنتجع وكذلك بقالة صغيرة بالمنتجع لكنها شاملة لكل شيء ممكن تحتاجه اعطونا رحلة مجانية لجزيرة قريبة ، تنزل بالجزيرة وتركب سيارات قولف وتنزل لشاطيء رملي المكان جميل جداً هناك اشكر المظيف جداً على خدمته لنا وسرعة استجابته نتمنى أن نعود قريباً

Our stay here was very pleasant. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and always eager to help. All common areas were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the apartment itself was very comfortable. We had a slight issue with the hot water on the first day, but the hosts responded promptly, resolving it with a smile, even though it was late. The view of the park is lovely and calming, perfect for morning or evening walks. The apartment complex is gated with a security guard, so we felt very safe. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this place.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere (hohen) Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super modern, makellos sauber und hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Lagune. Ich habe es geliebt, morgens den Kaffee auf dem Balkon zu trinken und aufs Meer zu schauen. Die Ausstattung ist super. Die Waschmaschine ist sehr praktisch. Unsere Kinder haben den unteren Pool geliebt. Dort hat man einen tollen Blick auf den grünen Berghang. Auf der Dachterrasse mit Pool kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Es ist so schön ruhig und alle (Bewohner/Angestellte) sind sehr nett. Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Generell würde ich aber ein Auto empfehlen. Super Lage um vor allem den Süden zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft war für uns absolut perfekt! Roumila hat auf jeden Frage sehr schnell geantwortet und ist sehr nett.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Mauritius in Stefanies Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat alles gehabt, was man braucht. Von Küchenutensilien bis hin zum Wohlfühleffekt. Die Kommunikation war super, sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten einen Tag einen Stromausfall, da wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Außerdem kommt alle paar Tage eine Putzhilfe, die die Wohnung sauber macht. Die Übergabe war super und unkompliziert. Am letzten Tag durften wir auschecken, wann wir wollten, und hatten somit gar keinen Stress. Ich kann die Wohnung und Stefanie zu 100 % weiterempfehlen, weil alles super lief. :)

Le logement de Amit et Ron est très agréable et confortable. Tout est parfait pour se détendre avec la sublime terrasse et petite piscine privative. La résidence est calme et sécurisé. Tout était parfait. Amit et Ron sont amicales et font en sorte de rendre le séjour inoubliable. Je les recommande à 100%
