This home is cleaned to Covid standards and it has a very private large backyard (see pictures). It is about a half mile from Beltway 8 and 2 miles from 225. 20 minutes to downtown or League City. Enough room for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and an air mattress. It also has Direct TV in the living room and master bedroom.

Reagan’s place was perfect. It easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had their own floor. The pool was great for the hot summer afternoons. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the area was safe. Reagan called to check on us which was amazing. Perfect stay!

Love the place, and the neighborhood, but the batteries to the front room tv remote died, couldn’t find no replacement, I couldn’t sleep with the blankets, because the fabric on the blankets make my nose clogged up, so I had a hard time trying to sleep, also, it was really chilling, and couldn’t change the temperature to make it warmer, but those are small little gripes, other than that, I love the house, it was really beautiful, love the color scheme and the flower theme, 9.6/10

Yvette's place is absolutely beautiful inside and out! Every area of the property is clean and well kept. She is very responsive and willing to help in any way. Our family enjoyed the peaceful environment. The pool and pool table were a treat. The fully furnished kitchen was a bonus as I didn't pack much. The location was perfect! Safe neighborhood walking distance from El Jardin Beach and minutes away from Kemah Pier. The home was clean and it was like the host thought of everything. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook. From a coffee bar, to the essentials needed to grill after a day of relaxing in the hot tub. Playing yard games and or bogey boarding in the beach. Which might I add were all courtesy of the host.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Lots of space to hang out, I loved the set up. Host was very helpful and friendly. Host was also extremely generous and provided a little treat for our trip as it was our honeymoon the host made it a point to make the stay great. The host was also great with communication and gave us extra information and kept us up to date with timeline on check in. Host checked in to make sure we were having a great stay as well as being sure we knew we could reach out and let them know of anything that could be done to improve the quality of our stay. Overall very happy with our stay.
