David and his partner were very friendly and kind. The apartment was in excellent condition, impeccably clean and very well equipped. It even had a garage. It has a good location, great for short stays.

Perfect stay!! Everything you need to live a few days. It has a very nice balcony and the air conditioners are hot and cold, so you don't get cold in autumn/winter. Everything is very well equipped. Would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay! We stayed about 5 months and it was a wonderful experience. Very nice family and very welcoming people. Very grateful for Flor and Chris's attention at all times. Totally recommended and a good location, no doubt.

The arrival was well coordinated, Maria's welcome and directions were impeccable, and the service was very kind. The place is spacious, safe, and very conveniently located. The elevators are old but very interesting, I had never seen them and they work very well, the apartment is also on the first floor. The kitchen is spacious and bright, the bedroom is nice and the bathroom is very spacious. There are places to eat nearby. The traditional Confitería Ritz is on the ground floor. There is a currency exchange in front of the building and the UNLP Postgraduate Center is on the corner. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for having us.

Everything is very good. As a constructive contribution, I would add a large standing mirror! We were staying for a wedding and would have been helpful. Beyond that, everything is 10.

Wonderful place with everything you need. The air conditioning works well, and it is quiet from street noise. It is also very spacious with tons of plants that give it a natural touch. However, some small details are that it is a but dusty, the speaker of the projector is not ideal for watching TV, and sometimes you can hear the neighbors. Beyond this, I would happily cone back and stay hers again.

I had a beautiful stay at Cecilia's apartment, as if I were at home, very warm. Very bright and practical apartment. I am Very satisfied with this place and with Cecilia's attention.

The accommodation is nice, for two people it's ideal. Opposite there is a mini supermarket where you can buy things to eat, nearby there are pharmacies, greengrocers, and more mini supermarkets

Agustin, extremely attentive...and always ready to respond, no matter the time! I recommend it to everyone... very good place and perfectly complies with the descriptions made by the same. We only had one problem with the device: 01 Chromecast, which according to the owner was installed on the kitchen TV. As reported, the device was not localized.. so we left on the day 16/01/24 as 08:30. I confirm that everything was in its place, 02 controls and the device.
