David and his partner were very friendly and kind. The apartment was in excellent condition, impeccably clean and very well equipped. It even had a garage. It has a good location, great for short stays.

Perfect stay!! Everything you need to live a few days. It has a very nice balcony and the air conditioners are hot and cold, so you don't get cold in autumn/winter. Everything is very well equipped. Would stay here again.

The arrival was well coordinated, Maria's welcome and directions were impeccable, and the service was very kind. The place is spacious, safe, and very conveniently located. The elevators are old but very interesting, I had never seen them and they work very well, the apartment is also on the first floor. The kitchen is spacious and bright, the bedroom is nice and the bathroom is very spacious. There are places to eat nearby. The traditional Confitería Ritz is on the ground floor. There is a currency exchange in front of the building and the UNLP Postgraduate Center is on the corner. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for having us.

Ines’s place is great for a trip to BA with a wonderful location in Palermo, and very private courtyard and beautiful surroundings. Ines was very helpful and we would definitely return!

This house exceeds expectations. Having a pool right in the middle of the incredible Palmermo neighborhood felt too good to be true. The house is enormous and filled with hang-out spaces inside and out. Six colleagues stayed in private rooms comfortably for a week, and had group meetings in the various rooms. Sherrine was chill and super-helpful.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!

This place was perfect! I came to Argentina for a month and - as a bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast - I was looking for a home where I could easily explore the area while cooking for 5-6 meals per day and working 9-5 from my computer remotely. I got exactly what I wanted. Fully functioning kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer in the basement of the building, two bathrooms, and a beautiful space that separates living area from sleeping area. I would absolutely stay here again. Furthermore, I probably WILL stay here again in the future, as it made it so easy for me to work from Buenos Aires like I was home.

Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.

Good apartment in a great location. The listing is as described, and hosts are professional at what they do. The apartment and building have all the features and facilities I expected. The building has a front desk with well trained people on it. The location stands out, it’s high quality restaurants and bars on every block around the apartment. It’s well priced for what is provided so I have no complaints.
