The apartment is just like the photos, large, beautiful balcony. To use the grill/hut, you must book 7 days in advance. We asked about the possibility of checking out a little later and there was no problem.

Adrián is a wonderful host—always kind, helpful, and welcoming. I come to Buenos Aires almost every year, and I always choose to stay here. It truly feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Marcia was nice and proud of her apartment. It was cute for sure and had most everything you needed. It was a tiny bit dark but otherwise a super cute place with a nice terrace, washer, kitchen. And bed was very comfortable

I very much enjoyed my stay but after 2 weeks my back and hip experienced some soreness. The reason was due to the bed. Much too soft for me. So if you require a firm mattress this is not for you.

The place is comfortable and has a great view. The location is strategic, close to the main tourist sites. We arrived before our reservation and they were very kind to us, from the reception staff to Silvio.

We had a great stay at Cecilia's apartment. I traveled with my partner and from the first moment we felt that we had made a very good choice. Our stay was sensational! We were impressed with every detail and Adriana's care for us! Very helpful, flexible and friendly host. She gave us several nice and useful tips, as well as leaving several items so that we could have a good breakfast on arrival and have a great experience in the city. The apartment is very complete, it has everything we could need and more. Extremely clean, fragrant and well cared for, a love! Visit the Solarium, the view is beautiful! We highly recommend Adriana's apartment. It was undoubtedly one of our best Airbnb Experiences.

We had a great experience at Host Adrian's apartment on Airbnb. From the beginning, he was extremely polite, attentive and always responded quickly and cordially to all our messages. The apartment is complete and was impeccably clean and organized. We found everything we needed, and we were even surprised with treats like coffee capsules, water, Coca-Cola, alfajor, soap and shampoo. The bed and bath items were clean and very fragrant, which made our stay even more comfortable. The condominium is very quiet, and the view from both the apartment and the heated pool is simply spectacular. The photos of the listing are completely faithful to reality. The location is also a great differential: close to the San Telmo Market and surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and ice cream parlors. In addition, there are subway stations

The apartment was super bright and very comfortable. The internet was stable enough to work and the atmosphere was super pleasant. Marcia was always attentive and even got us a light bulb so we could drink mate.

This flat is perfect for both short and long stays. The 180-degree view of La Plata is stunning, and the space is clean and comfortable. The free parking spot is a huge plus. The host is proactive, offers great restaurant recommendations, and made check-in/check-out a breeze. The area is a bit noisy, but that's more of a citywide issue, not specific to the flat. Overall, highly recommended and worth it!

A suitable stay for students, some issues with the wifi issue but everything can be solved. you can prepare food and sleep quietly
