The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

TV and wifi, equipped terrace. Cleaning and linens included. July and August, rental is only by the week from Saturday T3 at the back of my main residence but independent.

On the Côte de Jade, 7 km from Pornic, Sandrine and José welcome you for a relaxing stay with family or friends in the new house "Le Ti Plainais". Enjoy the beautiful days, accompanied by a barbecue for your summer evenings. Located 1.5 km from the city center and 900 m from Port Giraud beach (10 min walk), you can enjoy the seaside and fishing activities, an ideal place at low tide for mussel fishing. Beautiful hikes await you on foot or by bike!!!

If you like peace and quiet, sea air, shore fishing and waterfront walks, then you'll love staying in this little cocoon. I offer a cottage, located between Pornic and Tharon-Plage, 300 m from the beach, with living room, kitchenette, mezzanine with a bedroom and an office, as well as a garden with terrace to enjoy the sun. Ideal for a couple alone or with a child. Pets are welcome, provided you respect the place and the surrounding area.

Come and spend your holidays in peace, 100 meters from the beach, at Le Cormier in La Plaine sur mer. Our house, with garden, is ideal for spending quality time with family or friends. We live there part of the year and rent it out when we are not there. It is a typical single-storey coastal house, with all comforts, consisting of three bedrooms (a master bedroom, a guest bedroom and a dormitory with two double bunk beds and a single bed).

Courtyard terrace with outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue. For musicians, I make my piano available (upon request).

In the pretty village of La Plaine-sur-Mer, shops are nearby and the beach is a 20-minute walk away, all the elements are combined to spend a pleasant stay. For the most globetrotters, the region offers many tours within a radius of 50 km... Pornic, Saint Nazaire, Nantes etc...

You will surely fall in love with the view from the terrace over the sea and the panoramic view of the Bay and Tharon. During low tides you can fish for clams, Cormier beach is famous for this. You can indulge in board sports (Sailing, Windsurfing, Windsurfing, Kite Surfing) the spot is very popular and very secure. Our 90 m2 family home on a 1000 m2 lot has the comfort of a vacation home, and direct access to the beach.
