Amazing newly remodeled condo with ocean front views to die for. Top of the line everything for the rich and famous! Master bedroom has a king size bed plus a single lay back couch. Living room has a couch with a queen size pullout bed. Balcony has a peaceful hammock. The building has many amenities to offer, including an infinity pool, small gym and direct access to the beach. Condo comes with one secured and covered parking space. Located within a 3 minute walk to the great Mall del Pacifico.

Excellent place to vacation or to TELEWORK. Extremely safe place - 24 hour security. We have high speed fiber optic internet. We have pool, sauna and jacuzzi (Open from Tuesday to Sunday). We have the best Ecuadorian coffee in our coffee station. We speak english and spanish!
