Large 12 m x 6 m pool (heated from May 15 to September 15) shared with the owners, 3300 m2 wooded garden. 160 m2 cottage, composed of a large living room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and toilet. Large wooden terrace. Sheets, towels and cleaning are optional.

Newly built, bathed in light, and fully air-conditioned, this villa has been lovingly designed and carefully decorated to welcome simple moments and great memories. For a truly luxurious experience, everything is included: beds are made, and towels are provided. All consumables are included. Le Bernard is a small, peaceful village 15 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer and 25 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.
