Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

Quiet apartment, between Aix & Marseille

Quiet accommodation on the ground floor of our house. I live upstairs with my daughter, and our dog stays in the garden. The area is residential and pleasant, with local shops (bakery, butcher, convenience store) 8 min walk, as well as a pizzaiolo at the end of the street. Simiane TER train station (13 min. walk) connects directly to Aix and Marseille. • Bedroom with a queen size bed. • An additional room exists but not yet renovated.

sur le haut de Bouc Bel Air , venez profiter du calme à 10 mn d'Aix en Provence et 25 mn de Marseille et des plages de la côte bleue dans un grand T3 confortable et bien équipé. la véranda donne sur la pinède et le vieux village. deux chambres confortables avec accès direct sur la terrasse. un véhicule est nécessaire car il n'y a qu'un bus qui va vers Aix ou vers Gardanne à proximité de la maison .

We welcome you to our property in Cabriès (8 minutes' drive from Aix-en-Provence TGV, 25 minutes from the center of Aix-en-Provence, 30 minutes from Marseille). The casetta is independent: private accommodation and terrace; the pool is shared with the owners. A quiet break is guaranteed, in an idyllic setting in the shade of pine and olive trees.
