A 105 m² single-storey cottage with no stairs, surrounded by nature and featuring a private pond. Fully independent, it can accommodate up to 8 people and includes a garden and a sunny terrace. The pool on our terrace is round (3.70 m, h 76 cm), made of plastic, Intex brand. A new pool will be built starting in May and finished in summer as planned. We welcome you in a warm and peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with family, friends, or simply enjoying some quiet time alone.

7 minutes from Ruffec and all its amenities, the cottage has been set up in the outbuilding of our house, which shares a common courtyard. The private terrace, with no view of our house, opens onto the vegetable garden. We will graciously share our personal swimming pool with you.
