The house of La Combe

Single-story accommodation, located in a small village in Charente. Come and recharge your batteries in the great outdoors in our cozy home. It is a traditional Charente home, completely renovated and comfortable. Ideal place for families or groups of friends, in a quiet and relaxing setting. You will enjoy both the interior and the exterior thanks to a large terrace (35 m2) shaded by the vine as well as a maintained and fully fenced garden of more than 900 m2 and not overlooked.

Beautiful family house - Heated pool & jacuzzi

Très belle maison charentaise entièrement rénovée en 2020-21, avec vaste jardin arboré de 4000m². Parfaite pour des vacances nature au calme, en famille ou entre amis avec tout sur place pour en profiter (piscine chauffée en été, jacuzzi, BBQ/plancha gaz, table de ping-pong, baby-foot, balançoire, trampoline...). Située dans un petit bourg avec commerces à proximité (boulangerie, boucherie/produits artisanaux locaux, supermarché, pharmacie...) et un petit marché le dimanche.

In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charente house, completely restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large 50 m2 family room. Large stone terrace shaded by a stone pine. Wood-burning stove in the living room. Located on the edge of the village with direct access to the paths. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families wanting to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens, ducks are present on the property.

Hello and thank you for reading the listing: Following abuse, renting for a single night is only possible when only one room is occupied. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Quiet in the countryside, sheep, chickens, no nuisances. In the town, a body of water with supervised swimming area (summer) and the lakes of Haute-Charente a few km away. Hiking trail from the house. About 50 km from Angoulême and Limoges.

Self check-in. I welcome you to a fully independent apartment in the main residence which has all the necessary comforts as well as a small private garden. Bakery and restaurant bar/tobacconist 1 min walk. Taponnat-Fleurignac is a warm and welcoming town. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Rochefoucauld and its many historic places, shops and restaurants. 20 km from Angoulême 1 hr from Cognac. Enjoy your stay! :)

gîte La Sirene

A comfortable holiday home, gîte, for 6 maximum people. Downstairs you will find the kitchen with dining table, the sanitary facilities and the sitting area. Upstairs you will find 6 single beds, 2 on the mezzanine and 3 plus a sliding bed on the other side of the room, which can be separated from the mezzanine by means of a light-tight curtain. Around the house you have a beautiful terrace with a fantastic view.
