House vacation rentals in La Perche

We felt very lucky to be able to stay in Catherine's beautiful gite. We were made so welcome from the minute we arrived. The gite is calm, clean and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed sitting in the garden listening to the birds and the silence. The pool was a welcome retreat during the hottest part of the day. The many trees create areas of shade whilst the flowers add colour in the many different pockets of interest. We would thoroughly recommend Catherine's gite and would love to return ourselves one day.

Laurence's place perfectly matches the need we were looking for. The services and decor were of high quality and met our expectations. If you are looking for tranquility and a pleasant and authentic place, you can go there without so much as a second thought.

We had an exceptional stay at Amaury's with 13 people, with friends. The house is beautiful, spacious and perfectly suited to accommodate a large group. Everyone was able to fully enjoy the many activities offered: swimming pool, tennis court, badminton, foosball, ping-pong... There was something for everyone! The interior is warm, very well-equipped, with comfortable bedding, a large friendly kitchen and a superb sitting area. Amaury was an available, discreet, attentive, and always responsive host to our requests. We leave with wonderful memories and will not hesitate to return! Thank you so much!

This beautiful cottage is out in the middle of the country with birdsong during the day and quiet nights. It’s still in between many major destinations in the Loire Valley. Central location with lots of good grocery stores and we made lots of our meals at the cottage. For those wanting to eat out there are lots of great restaurants within 30 minutes. The cottage was even cuter in person. The bed was firm but cozy. Bathroom was large with a great shower. You have a private patio overlooking beautiful fields, which we enjoyed in the afternoons and for watching sunsets. The pool is a shared space. When you are using it, you won’t see the hosts or feel intruded upon. They make use of it in the mornings and later in evening when you’re not using it. Karen is available for suggestions or to help you with your itinerary and she is a very nice person. You’ll enjoy this beautiful retreat!

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

This beautiful, peaceful property is a lovely place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but still easily accessible by train. The close proximity to Disneyland Paris at around 25 minute's drive is also ideal. The house was perfectly clean and tidy and very comfortable, while the living area was even more spacious than the pictures appeared. The indoor pool area is a brilliant feature, with a large pool with a shallow and deep end, and a great hot tub, with the added bonus of a hammam as well. Throughout the stay, Julien was an absolutely amazing host, taking the time to welcome us and give us a tour of the facilities when we arrived, then staying in touch whenever needed for anything at all. He gave excellent advice when it came to getting into Paris or looking for local attractions, and left us fresh eggs from the chickens and a welcome bottle of local wine, even providing a swing and pool float for our 11 month old. A wonderful host and fantastic stay.

Diana and Julien have created a little piece of paradise there. The accommodation is beautiful, the plants make the whole place very cozy and the steam bath and whirlpool provide a luxurious feeling. They were very responsive to messages. We were very satisfied and would have liked to have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay at the presbytery with the family. The setting is idyllic, the house beautifully decorated, the beds very comfortable and the garden sumptuous. In short, everything was perfect and we can't wait to come back. Thanks to Jean-Michel's valuable advice, we even discovered crayfish fishing.

We had a great time with the family. The cottage is very welcoming, clean and the little touches are too nice. We enjoyed the garden and the beautiful terrace overlooking the sheep meadow. We'll be happy to go back.

Sabine was truly an amazing hostess! She took us in like we were family and was super helpful. The place is beautiful and located in a peaceful spot. Chartres is a city that is quite close where you can do loads of great stuff or you can easily take the train there to do a day in Paris. We had an amazing stay!

We had a great weekend at Sylvie and Antoine's place. Beautifully furnished accommodation, very clean, we didn't want for anything. We enjoyed a beautiful terrace and a beautiful garden, also walks around the accommodation. Great location for visiting the area. We would definitely recommend this listing.

Incredible suite, on our arrival we were greeted by Richard, very kind, good explanations on the use of the devices, very available, communication via Airbnb was also excellent with Pierre; responsive and precise in his answers. It's a little cocoon that exudes calm and harmony, we had a wonderful stay, very comfortable bedding, the ceiling height is also very pleasant, it's simple we loved everything! We had the most fabulous stay at le chalet, a beautifully crafted house that just keeps on giving, form the view to the hot tub, you simply couldn’t ask for a better spot to stop and relax for a few days. Delphine was fantastic! Hospitable to the maximum and available to help with any request we had. I could go back again and again and I certainly will be doing that. Quite simply put, a showstopper not to be missed! Thank you Delphine for the most wonderful stay.

We had a lovely few days here, the house was just as beautiful as the photos, with a nice private garden-great for having children and a dog! The hosts were very responsive and helpful and were flexible with check out times. a lovely, peaceful rural retreat.

Kevin's house is beautiful, with amazing surroundings, by the river, allowing you to indulge in friendly activities, swimming, beautiful walks and even a boat as a bonus! the house offers a beautiful outdoor space, with charming sheep as a neighbor and Luna, the owner's dog, adorable and very affectionate. Kevin was very welcoming and friendly, we will happily stay at his place again!

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. The dining/kitchen area is large and has two tables (convenient for making a children's table, an adult table). There are two separate sleeping areas each accessible by a staircase, the first leads to two bedrooms with a bathroom each, the second to two bedrooms as well as a bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. Be careful because the first staircase is quite steep for young children, the second on the other hand is more accessible. The garden, which is completely fenced, is just like the house, full of charm and has a Nordic bath! Near the house there is a paved path with very little traffic, bordered by stud farms, on which to walk. In conclusion we had a great stay and would highly recommend it!
