Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in La Part-Dieu, Lyon

Un beau nid confortable au 2e sans ascenceur dans un édifice typique lyonnais. Grand lit et grandes télés dans chaque pièce. Nous avions aussi de grandes fenêtres à ouvrir et des grands rideaux "blackout" parfaits pour nous. Un bonus, il y a une école de musique à côté et ils jouent de la belle ambiance en soirée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien côté équipement. Pour un couple, je recommande!

Very close to bus/tram/train station. Near Westfield and many other groceries shop.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lyon at this space, recently renovated and very comfortable to relax in after a long day exploring. Very easy walk from the Perrache train station, and also going back and forth during our visit so close to the Ampere Metro station. The space itself has great proximity and an easy walk to so many neighborhoods in Lyon, and was very comfortable for two adults staying for a few days. Europe can get warm in the summer and while this apartment does not have air conditioning, fans were provided and we slept with the windows open mostly. During the weekends, some noise can be heard from passers-by below, but we were comfortable and it was expected. We really appreciated having accessible and easy to use washer/dryer and iron too. Would definitely love to visit again, Laura & Ed were gracious hosts!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marine ! Elle n’était pas sur place mais nous a parfaitement aiguillé pour récupérer les clés du logement, nous avons pu arriver à l’heure que nous souhaitions et c’était très appréciable. L’appartement est chaleureux, très propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Mention +++ pour les jouets de Lola que notre fille a particulièrement apprécié 😊 Le logement est parfaitement situé, dans une résidence sécurisée, Les Halles de Paul Bocuse sont à 2 min à pieds, le quartier du Vieux Lyon facilement accessible, le Parc de la Tête d’Or à 20 min à pieds également… c’est un emplacement de choix pour visiter Lyon ! Séjour parfait, merci Marine ☺️

J’ai passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement. Les photos proposées dans l’annonce reflètent bien ce que j’ai pu y voir. Facile d’accès, pas très loin de la gare part dieu. Il y a tout le nécessaire et même un peu plus par rapport à ce j’ai l’habitude de voir et de trouver, pour y passer plusieurs jours confortablement. Spacieux et calme. J’y reviendrais avec grand plaisir lors de futurs passages sur Lyon.

Great flat in super convenient area. Modern and luxurious. I loved the automatic blinds in living room and bedroom. My only problem was at check in where I could not open the door where the keys are located and I had to bother the neighbor for help. We had to open the door with a knife. I’m sure Charles will get this problem fixed because he s a good host, even though he is not always on site.

Der Aufenthalt bei Stéphane war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und kann man zu Fuss oder mit dem Metro oder mit dem Tram alles schnell erreichen. Es hat gleich 3 Bäkerei-Konditorei um die Ecke. Gerne wieder.

Alexis place was in a perfect location to explore the Vieux Lyon (old quarter). It is a VERY short 2 min. walk to the metro & also the funicular to the hillside Roman ruins & amazing church of Our Lady! The apartment requires walking up stairs but is in a charming old school building & the inside is modern & VERY clean! We highly recommend Alexis' place in Lyon!

Choć nasz pobyt w tym domu związany był wyłącznie z podróżą służbową i większość czasu spędzaliśmy w pracy, muszę przyznać, że wynajęte lokum spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania – a nawet je przewyższyło. Po długich godzinach zawodowych z przyjemnością wracaliśmy do spokojnego, czystego i komfortowego wnętrza. Dom był dobrze ogrzany, łóżka bardzo wygodne, a szybki internet i biurka pozwalały mi bez problemu dokończyć niektóre obowiązki zdalnie. Cicha okolica sprzyjała odpoczynkowi i skupieniu – dokładnie tego potrzebowaliśmy po intensywnym dniu. Doceniam też dbałość gospodarzy o szczegóły – podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni, świeże ręczniki, ekspres do kawy, a nawet kilka przydatnych informacji o okolicy – wszystko to sprawiło, że czuliśmy się bardziej jak w domu niż w „miejscu noclegowym”. Zdecydowanie polecam ten dom nie tylko turystom, ale również osobom podróżującym służbowo. Jeśli znów będziemy w tej okolicy, chętnie wrócimy.

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

La maison es vraiment super et très bien pensé ! Nous avons passez un agréable séjour je recommande ce logement.

La maison est très belle, les baies vitrées dans le salon, ont beaucoup decharme. Tout l’équipement de la maison est parfait. Le seul bémol, reste la taille des lits, beaucoup trop petits quand ce ne sont pas des couples qui y dorment. Et quand il s’agit de grand gabarit. Nous étions entre amis . Claustrophobe s’abstenir , le dortoir et mansardé.

Incroyable, nous recommandons vivement! Le cadre/ la vue sont juste magnifiques, le logement impeccable, la décoration est soignée et de bon goût, la literie est parfaite. Le logement, bien qu'à côté du corps de ferme, offre une intimité agréable. Marianne est chaleureuse et très soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes tant dans ses messages que dans les détails dans le logement. Un énorme merci pour ce très beau séjour, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Nous avons loué ce logement dans le cadre d’une formation avec 8 participants. Prix incomparable par rapport aux hôtel et le rapport qualité / prix et les prestations offertes sont bien supérieures. La salle de formation dans le logement a été ce qui nous a fait choisir ce lieu, c’était parfait. Chacun avait sa chambre individuelle et pouvait se retirer pour travailler au calme pendant que les autres profitaient de l’arrière cour. Logement très bien équipé en sanitaires (5 pour tout le logement et il y en a à tous les étages), salles de bain dans toutes les chambres, 2 frigo et 2 machines à café. On ne se marche pas sur les pieds mais on a pu passer de très bons moments tous ensemble au lieu d’être chacun seul dans nos chambres d’hôtel. Notre hôte (que nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer) a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et est très serviable. Je recommande vivement ce logement et son hôte.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

This location was peaceful, outside the city, and on convenient bus lines. We had a car because we had two children under 2 and that gave us flexibility, but loved the public transportation. The pool was clean and we used it a bit but weather was still a bit cool in late May. The outside eating table was fun and we also had a covered eating and cooking area which we used in the rain but didn’t cooking because we were home too late most evenings.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, la résidence est très calme, nous n’avons eu aucune difficulté pour nous garer à proximité et le quartier est très agréable. Le tram est à proximité. Cet appartement a beaucoup d'avantages. Nous le recommandons sans réserve.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Très bel appartement et un hôte très sympa et réactif qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Appartement très bien insonorisé même si c’est bruyant quand on ouvre les fenêtres devant. Une chouette brasserie a proximité. Proche de la gare perrache, et proche du centre ville. Petit bémol, comme il y a un bar à hôtesse dans le meme bloc, nous avons eu peur que le quartier soit glauque mais pas du tout en fait. Encore merci à Alexis, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le sofa est un peu fatigué mais le reste des meubles est top. Lit confortable et 2 colonnes ventilateur similaire fait trop chaud.

Delphine was so kind, she always answered in a matter of minutes. The appartment was super clean, the appliances were all very new and of good quality. What surprised me the most was how confortable de bed was, even better than some hotels. The appartment is very centre ville, literally two minute walk to bus, metro and bike station. You do have to be attentive to the water heater though as it has some system that heats just enough for two adults who shower fairly quickly. Nothing that bothered me too much though.

Super logement, très propre, spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Quartier paisible et situé juste à côté du Rhône :) Marie est très gentille et a été très arrangeante, en nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Merci à vous !

The apartment was newly furnished, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a modern, minimalist touch. We especially appreciated the coffee machine and loved starting our mornings with a cup of coffee on the spacious balcony. The private underground parking was a big plus and made coming and going very easy. Located just 10 minutes from France Air Expo, it was the perfect base for our visit. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful alternative to the busy town centre.
