Apartment vacation rentals in La Part-Dieu, Lyon

A beautiful cozy nest on the 2nd floor without elevator in a typical Lyon building. Large bed and large TVs in every room. We also had large windows to open and large "blackout" curtains perfect for us. A bonus, there is a music school next door and they play a nice atmosphere in the evening. We didn't miss anything on the equipment side. For a couple, I would recommend!

Highly recommended for 2 people, good neighborhood, some nice restaurants and cafes around the corner. The apartment was clean and cozy, good bed, we felt comfortable!

Axel is a very good communicator. The apartment was very good, clean and as expected. In addition, Axel was a great help in letting us occupy the apartment a little longer due to a last-minute change.

Ideiss is a fantastic host! I had a problem with check-in lockbox & he came to help right away. Lovely, spacious apartment,well equipped for guests that enjoy walking, as it is about a 30 minute stroll to Viex Lyon BUT on route is Les Halle’s du Paul Bocuse! I was never in the area during the evening so can’t comment on restaurants, except for the pizza restaurant steps away, which was very good. Be aware that there is a lot of construction nearby (May 2025) & noise started up around 8 am.

A real prize of an apartment with corner windows. So beautiful and the location is a dream. Henri is very professional and extremely helpful. I was only sad I didn't have a longer stay there.

Listing as described. We appreciated the well-blocking shutters and curtain so as not to be woken up too early by the light. The building is quiet. Our kids want to come back next time.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lyon at this space, recently renovated and very comfortable to relax in after a long day exploring. Very easy walk from the Perrache train station, and also going back and forth during our visit so close to the Ampere Metro station. The space itself has great proximity and an easy walk to so many neighborhoods in Lyon, and was very comfortable for two adults staying for a few days. Europe can get warm in the summer and while this apartment does not have air conditioning, fans were provided and we slept with the windows open mostly. During the weekends, some noise can be heard from passers-by below, but we were comfortable and it was expected. We really appreciated having accessible and easy to use washer/dryer and iron too. Would definitely love to visit again, Laura & Ed were gracious hosts!

A really nice place with great hosts! Although a bit small, the place has everything you need for a stay! I was surprised to see a laundry machine. There is a coffee machine with some sweets and tea, a smart TV, really fast WiFi, hair dryer, iron, everything!

The best part of the apartment is the large balcony terrace. Beautiful view. Quiet neighborhood, close to transport.

What a lovely apartment and what a fantastic location, right in the heart of Presqu'ile/Belcour - which means easy walking distance to eveything. As for our host Yannick - a true gentleman and nothing was too much trouble for him ! When we return to Lyon we won't bother looking around, we will simply hope that Yannick's apartment is available. Great, everything was in line with the listing, even the opinions of previous tenants were taken into account, 2 sets of towels, 4 coffee pods, frankly nothing to say, it's really classy, I recommend it 100%!

This is a clean, tidy house, and the view from the window will make you feel comfortable It rained most of the time I was in Lyon, and the fireplace in the room made it even more fascinating. This city is located in the south of France. I think I like Lyon half because of this house that makes me feel like a local.

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram...). Quiet residence and great, easy-to-use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very friendly host.

Myself, my husband and our best friend stayed here for a few days to visit Lyon. The apartment is superb, it was spotlessly clean, had great amenities and was in a great location. The host gave us excellent instructions for check in so the apartment was very easy to find. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend Clement’s apartment enough.

Beautiful little cocoon! Refined decoration, very clean accommodation, fully equipped kitchen, excellent quality bedding, a quality and very functional jacuzzi with a magnificent bathroom. We had a wonderful time out of time!
