Villa Bajamar Finca Lomo Grande

IgnacioRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I can’t say enough about Villa Bajamar and its hosts. Carmela, Antonio and Paula, lovely family. The architectural design is outstanding, the views of the ocean from the living, bedroom and terrace unforgettable. Well equipped kitchen where we had nice dinners. Carmela and family went out of their way to help us. For instance, we forgot something at the house when we left and Antonio kindly brought it to the Airport, which is 1 1/2 hours! Amazing experience, very grateful!!

Everything was great, the place was cozy, quiet and exactly as described – everything was clean and well equipped. Anna was very nice and always easy to reach, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We would come back any time and can highly recommend it:)

Panoramic view of the Atlantic

We had such an amazing time at Karin’s place that it was bittersweet to leave. We stayed for over a month and were astounded by the location, with the amazing views that kept us in awe the whole period. Beautiful sunsets, calm mornings and the area offers gorgeous hikes directly next to the house. Karin was super kind, helpful and was always there for us when we needed something, while also being mindful of our privacy and space. We will miss this place so much, it felt like home to us. The region is super pretty and there is so much to do on the island. We highly recommend staying here!

Casa Verde

What a perfect hideaway. So peaceful. This lovely little house sits high above the ocean with amazing views. Comfortable, inviting and secluded. Neida is the most gracious and kind host. We were sad to leave. If you are a hiker… GR130 is right out of the gate.

Casa Elena

We had great and relaxing time at Jose's place. The garden was amazing and it was a really quiet place to relax for us. What we especially liked is that we were directly in the mountains with access to good hiking spots. Jose was a a very gracious host. The house has multiple routes, but they're not all equally easy to navigate. Jose picked us up from a restaurant near the road and showed us the best route. We really appreciated this

The time in Maria's Airbnb was beautiful. Maria is the best Airbnb owner we've ever met. She was incredibly friendly, totally helpful and like a friend from day one. We have taken it very much to heart. The apartment itself and the location are also great! Wonderful view and within walking distance in a few minutes in the city. We've never found an Airbnb that was so well-equipped. It really has it all. And if something is missing, Maria is always there to help you. A small note: the two bedrooms are connected by a small window with ventilation slots. You can't see through it because it's below the ceiling. However, noises get into the other room. So if there are three of you and a couple is there, you have to be a little quieter... Maria has a wonderful Airbnb here! She is a very special person and will give you an unforgettable time!

We had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed staying with Frank very much. Frank has created a special gem with his garden, in which the accommodation has been very well inserted. The place itself was modern, clean, and cozy, and exactly matched the pictures. The view from there of mountains, garden and sea was simply beautiful. This is how you want to start every day. The communication with Frank was straightforward and Frank was quick to respond to questions. We hope to be able to return to one not so distant day.
