En la planta superior hay una sala de estar con sofá cama, otro baño y una terraza amueblada con impresionantes vistas al pueblo de Tazacorte, a sus montañas y riscos, pero sobretodo espectaculares vistas a las plataneras que se extienden hasta mar.

Centrally located house of 85 square meters on one level. Located on the main street of the city of Santa Cruz de la Palma, it has a supermarket and pharmacy 20 meters from the house. Down the street is the beach about 200 meters away. It is a protected building from the year 1900. All walls are natural stone. It was a house from 1900 to 1925 and then a school from 1925 to 1968.
